Hi JOD!

i wonder if i can switch on the notification from a particular company because i have been received a lot of notifications from multiple places where i’m not interested.

Would give a five ratings if you give me a “notification” button in JOD!

Cancelled my shift and did not inform me. Mind you, I applied for this shift more than a week before the working date. The job was already approved and i have acknowledged the job (email confirmation sent to me as well). Now the job is missing from my ‘approved jobs’ section . If u cancel my shift, at least give me a notification or inform me right? If we cancel our shifts on our part, we risk getting suspended. But employers cancel our shift without informing, nothing happens. There’s no mutual respect here. There are multiple people applying for the same job as well, there’s no criteria as to which person gets the job so i assume its fcfs? But seems like not the case. Applied and acknowledged a job 1 week prior but got cancelled without informing. Quite inefficient.

I was facing many issues with the job overlapping and was lost during the system upgrade. Thankfully your Operations Manager by the name of Ben reached out to me promptly and provided clear guidance on how to use the new app. He also assisted me patiently with the overlapping jobs patiently and managed to successfully resolve the issue of overlapping jobs for me promptly.
